Using your personalized acrylic Christmas ornament is easy. First, take it out of the box. You'll notice there's a protective film on it. Carefully peel off this plastic film. If it's hard to start, use tweezers or a small tool to lift one corner. Once the film is off, you can use the included strings to hang your ornament. Remember, our custom photo ornaments are made with extra care, so it might take an extra day for the manual design and quality check. To keep your ornament in good condition, avoid exposing it to sharp objects and extreme temperatures. Clean it gently with a soft, dry cloth if it gets dirty.
