The fabric is heavy cotton for most colors, with different cotton - polyester blends for gray colors. When you want to wear it, just put it on like any regular T - shirt. For maintenance, machine wash it in warm water, inside - out, with similar colors. Don't use fabric softeners or bleach (except non - chlorine bleach when necessary). Avoid tumble drying and dry clean. Hang it to dry. If it gets wrinkled, you can cool iron it, but be careful not to iron directly on the print.
